Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the North Shore communities of Wilmette, Winnetka, Kenilworth, Glencoe, Evanston, Glenview, Lake Forest, Highland Park, and Northfield, as well as Downtown Chicago. I keep current of all transactions in these areas and provide immediate follow-up with clients via the Internet or personal calls. I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
My professional interior design talent can assist a seller in preparing their home for sale or help a buyer visualize their new home.
Philosphy
With today’s lifestyles more complex, I enjoy helping both buyers and sellers simplify their lives by making the real estate process easy and efficient. I address the fundamental questions and realize the personal meanings our homes represent. I want to ignite a collective imagination in all aspects of buying and selling a home.
Personal
After attending the University of Minnesota, I began my Interior Architecture and Design career with Northwest Airlines. I then relocated to Chicago to work for United Airlines as a Facilities Designer. In 1990 I started my own consulting company which specialized in project relocation management and interior design for companies.
With this background and my open personality, I transitioned my career into real estate in 1998 by focusing on a “one stop shop” for my clients.
I haved lived on the north shore for 12 years. I enjoy extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my family, traveling, playing tennis, golf, and singing. I also serve on the Auxillary Board for the Juvenile Protection Agency and the Executive PTO board at school. |
