Sold a Single Family home in Rolling Prairie, IN. Our property had been on the market for one full year with no offers, and we switched to Taylor. She kept the listing price but rewrote the listing and we had an offer at full price within a month. When the sale of our property fell through because the buyers weren't able to sell their home, Taylor worked with their broker to rewrite their ad and take new photos.
